Missouri Military Academy seeks a full time Residential Faculty Officer for the evening shift. This is a five day work week, including weekends. Normal shift will be from 3pm – 11pm, but may vary based on the needs of the school. Duties include safety, security, supervision and mentoring of grades 6 – 12 boys.
This position supervises cadets in the residence life setting and ensures a safe and secure living environment for students. This position requires a person who can develop a strong relationship with cadets, their families and the teaching faculty and who can effectively operate alone or as part of a team.
